Club Statement

It is with the greatest sadness, that we notify you of the untimely passing of our President, former Chairman and Club Captain 2006, Bill Scott. Bill passed away on Friday, 20th January 2023. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Bill's wife, Val, and his family at this difficult time. Bill was Club Captain in 2006 and, in recent years, assumed the role of Club President. We will always remember Bill for his support of the club, his unprecedented charity work, and his loving personality, especially his jokes. He will be missed by all those that had the pleasure of knowing him. Bill's funeral will be held at Scunthorpe crematorium on Monday, 13th February at 10 am, followed by a reception at the golf club.
